  3. This package contains the screen and PostScript™ printer fonts for UTF Bill’s 
  4. Dingbats v. 1.0a. We’ve been using these at U-Design in Hartford for about a 
  5. month and have found them very handy as a complement to Mr. Zapf’s set. 
  6.  
  7. Included in Bill’s Dingbats are arrows and hands that point to the left (and 
  8. up and down and at diagonals!) making life much easier in PageMaker and other 
  9. programs that don’t let you flip characters. 
  10.  
  11. Special features include: Map Pins, Push Pins, Daggers, Thumbs, Buck Rogers 
  12. Rockets, Cocktail Glasses, Horseshoe Magnets and Machine Screws.

  14. Bill’s Dingbats is shareware. If you like them and plan to use them, then 
  15. please send $8.00 to U-Design Type Foundry, 201 Ann Street, Hartford CT 
  16. 06103.  If you send 
  17. $50.00 you will receive the current version of UTF Bill’s Dingbats on disk, 
  18. plus UTF HIGH TECH  and HIGH TECH SLANT (our Liquid Crystal Display Font), a 
  19. free subscription to The U-Designer (our quarterly newsletter for desktop 
  20. designers and publishers), and free font upgrades for 6 months.

  22. If you buy Bill’s Dingbats the following applies: 
  23. License 
  24. In buying this font from U-Design, Incorporated, the purchaser agrees to be 
  25. the exclusive user of the software and that its use will be limited to 
  26. printers and computers which the user owns, leases or rents for private or 
  27. business use. If more than one person is to use the software, the purchaser 
  28. agrees to apply to U-Design, Incorporated, 201 Ann Street, Hartford, CT 
  29. 06103, for a multi-user license ($50.00 add'l) before such use is made. If 
  30. the software is not purchased under this agreement, it may not be used past a 
  31. reasonable trial period not to exceed two weeks from receipt.
